Who I am
I am 47 years old. I have worked mainly for two engineering companies and one project home builder. In this time, I have become familiar with the design of timber framing and computer aided drafting [AutocAD]. If you are going to use Brook's Drafting, you could email your sketches with rough dimensions. Your sketches may include room layout and window locations. I can easily obtain a survey plan from the Dept of Natural Resources QLD. Then it is just a matter of preparing the plans and I will email you a pdf booklet that includes floor plans, roof plans, a site plan, bracing plans, elevations and also two pages of standard tiedown details with typical connections for a house built in South East Queensland.
